The Team
With over 25 years of experience in developing and designing commercially viable enterprise software, Sen has a proven track record of creating scalable and robust systems. In his most recent role as the CTO/COO of Pengala, an education company based in Bangalore, he was instrumental in defining the company's strategy, developing the technology platform, and managing the operations. Sen previously served as the Director of Product Development and a member of the management team at Bravura Technologies, where he provided technical and business leadership for the conference management solutions company. Before that, he was the Chief Architect at Talisma, where he successfully led the product line transition from small and medium businesses to enterprise-class businesses. Sen holds a master's degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Madras.
With 25 years of experience in building and expanding software development companies, Arathi is a seasoned professional in the field. She provides consultation to software product and services companies, assisting them in setting up product development teams and offering expertise in technology, product design, and development processes. As the former VP Engineering and GM India for Decho (acquired by EMC2), Arathi was instrumental in the transformation of a small research project into a functional product and team. She also played a key role in the successful transition of the company to an EMC2 subsidiary after the buyout. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Engineering at Talisma, an enterprise CRM product company based in India. Arathi holds a master's degree from NITK.
With over 25 years of experience in the software product development domain, Srikanth is a proven leader in product development and management, test competency development, quality assurance, and operations. He has worked for major multinational corporations such as Motorola and Huawei, conducting product development and research. His expertise extends to domains such as BSS (Business Support System), CRM, Convergence Billing, Intelligent Network, and Mobile software. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of significant responsibilities, including Head of R&D Business Development and Head of Quality and Operations.
With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Shyam has worked for prestigious multinational organizations such as Citrix and Adobe Systems. In his capacity as Senior Director of Engineering, he has led large teams and overseen the successful shipment of cloud technology software products. Shyam holds a master's degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT), India, as well as a PhD in Information Sciences & Engineering from the University of Canberra, Australia. Currently, he is pursuing postdoctoral research focused on applying tools from computer science, machine/deep learning, and engineering to uncover the biological underpinnings of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Venkatesh is an innovative and results-driven technology leader with diverse range of experience, including driving strategic road maps for product and IT systems, architecting systems for high-volume transactions, achieving zero downtime, and implementing BCDR (business continuity and disaster recovery) measures. He has a track record of delivering successful software products, and excel in driving projects that meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements while managing risks. Additionally, he possess expertise in machine learning and big data.
